This is very well written. I always admire work that has a fluent dialog bcause that is a poblem for me. I think that te story carries the reader along the lines, and it is as if we are there. I think that a lot of us are waiting for an angel to desend to the earth.
THis is a great poem. I really think that this one touches my heart differently than most anything that I have ever read. I feel like going away as your mother has done. I look around and see how hard things are for my children, and I think of the knife. Then I get to thinking that if I did excape in such a fasion, my children would see this as a way out for themselves.
Your work is truly the words that I need to stay on top of knowing my children do need me.
The more that read of your work, the more I like it. Every poem that I read tells of a heart that is a large pot where a soup of saddness, pain, and soft memories are cooked creating who you are. I truly can feel the pain in your words.
THis is a poem with a sad story behind it. I can sort of relate to this in a couple of ways. I was left with three children, and he had two more with a much younger woman. My daughter missed her absent dad so much that I allowed her to live with him for two years.. How it hurt . I could hear her voice in all my nights.
Then I dated a man who had two little boys that was taught to call me mom. Their dad wanted them to call their real mom Mommy Missy, and to call me Mom. This was so hurtful for his boys, their new brothers (my sons), and to me their other mother.
This poem really found its way into my memories. I truly loved its message and emotion.

Lisa. That is who you just described to a capital T. She is my ex sister-in-law. She is the mother of six, and she is only fourty two. All her children are being raised by the state of Kentucky. Now the pills and ctystal has taken everthing her children, looks, teeth, and now her home. She once had a great heart and body, now she even lives on and off with each family including my ex husband and myself.
This is a very great descrition of a troubled soul that has taken her self from our world to the world of destructive drugs.
If more people would stand up for what they think is right the United States would run much smoother. I found your letter inspiring, and its values show a true patroitism (forgive my spelling). The love for your country and its people was most certainly shown in your words.

This is a great poem, and it is a reminder of someone that I loved once. I found his lov e as a friend that came to my side when my exhusband left me to be with someone else. He saved me from doing something stupid in the condition that I was in. Then guess what was next. My ex came back, and my friend ( that we fell in love) left. He wanted me to ask him to stay, but my job was to love my husband. The friend did leave, and ended up in prision in another state.
Through out years of my husband leaving and living with other women, he loved me through his letters. When he got out, he could not find me. He got married, and then he found me this year. How I wish things were differen. Yet he can remain my fantacy.
