I believe in constructive criticism and honesty. I can adapt my review style to fit the kind of feedback an author is looking for (e.g., developmental suggestions, fine-tuning, proofreading, etc.), but will always try to be as encouraging and helpful as possible.
I'm good at...
Plotting, characterization, dialogue, structure/pacing, and professional considerations. I can also do serviceable technical editing/proofreading, but I'm much better with developmental/creative feedback.
Favorite Genres
I read almost everything. I particularly love genre fiction (mystery/thriller and science fiction/fantasy especially) and nonfiction of all kinds.

I enjoyed reading your story. I thought it was really simple and sweet, and you did a great job of capturing the exotic nature of her eyes. The one suggestion I would make is to vary your sentence structure and diction a little bit. I felt like the worlds "sparkle" and "Caribbean Eyes" were a little overused. Other than that, nice work! Keep writing!

This was a fun story to read. I thought you had a great, comedic twist at the end, which created a very entertaining, sweet story overall. No spelling or grammatical errors that I could find, although the repetition of "at the time" in the first paragraph was a little distracting. Still, nice job!

I enjoyed reading your short story. I thought it was an interesting hook, and both of your characters were intriguing, although I couldn't quite figure out how the two of them connected. Is this the beginning of a longer piece? At any rate, I think it's a great start. Keep it up!

I like the setup for your story, with the bird and the goth girl. I felt that the narrative fell apart toward the end, and it just kind of abruptly wrapped up with very little conclusions... but I still enjoyed reading it. Keep writing and keep up the good work!

This was a very sweet story. I liked the sentiment, and the characters, as well as the simplicity with which you told a compelling story. Just keep an eye out for spelling errors... there were several in this piece ("introsting", "mysteriouse", "Barsalona", "marrey") that detracted slightly from the overall success of the piece.

I like how you told this story from an original point of view. I think that made the story infinitely more interesting. However, I feel that a little more detail and backstory about your protagonist would help the audience identify with your character and make the story stronger as a whole.
