Hello, an interesting poem. feelings of desperation, which many I fear, feel.

I especially liked the lines, " Hope is dashed upon desperation, because people feel no love is near."

In the line, " Listening to hope's whimpering cries," there should be no apostophe, otherwise it becomes, "Listening to hope is whimpering cries."

I love the line, "Tell the world "You haven't see the best of me yet."

Only one typo I see, when the inspector speaks, you have " I knew you had to be because of you."
I am guessing it should read, "I knew it had to be because of you."
