This is beautiful. I can remember when I was child someone gave me a book of prayers. They were children's prayers and there must have been a prayer for every ocassion and need.
When I read something this good, I wonder if the writer has been published.

I have an off the wall sense of humor. At one of our local pawn shops, they have a flashing neon sign that says, "We have fishing worms". Now who in the world would go pawn a can of perfectly good fishing worms? lol
Omigosh! I've never seen that one either. That would drive me crazy if I had to pass it every day.
Of course, when we moved here from Charlotte NC, I went into shock when I heard my daughter's teacher call picture, pixture. Most folks down here talk that way.

I've never seen a sign advertising men's hosiery. Maybe it's just the part of country you were in. Did you think to check for signs advertising men's lingerie?

I found no typos or misspelled words in this piece. what I did find was an interesting poem. I never really thought about what to do with that extra hour. My first thought is always that I get an extra hour's sleep or I miss an hour's sleep.
