I was looking around the other day and have come to realize that I need to organize my mind. How can this be done? Well if anyone has any ideals let me know.

Seriously though when it comes to organizing ones mind, I have an ideal. What do you think? First we need a focal point that will help us keep our attention in a particular area of thought.

I propose that focusing on the Lord is a good place to start. Why? Because when we are focusing on the Lord, our mind begins to be less stressed, we have a sense of calm assurance, we have a realization that we really do have someone who cares about us and that's cool. Our mind slows down, and we are able to be more focused on the other things of life that now look not quite as huge as they did before our focus was re-directed to the Lord.

Have you ever had an experience similar to this? You're doing great, you feel confident and you're feeling indestructible in a sense. You can do anything. Then out of the blue a "bomb" is set off and you are in "reaction mode." The bomb could be just about anything you can name which becomes a distraction of our needed attention on the Lord.

Your car breaks down on the highway and your insurance just lapsed so you can't get a tow without paying through the nose as one example. The devil just threw a wrench in your mind to take your attention off the Lord. Been there done that and realized it after the fact.

What are some other ways we can organize our minds? Well this question you will have to answer yourself. You may have a method that works for you and that's great. Use that and realize you are blessed with that organization. The key is to be grateful for the organization and thank He who enables us to keep our focus.

I would like to close with the Day Bread I read and whether this coincides or is even related to this means little. Because it is the Word of God and it is important for us to feed on that. This is one way we keep our focus on the Lord. So without further ado, I give you food that is suitable for your edification.

"Obey my voice, and I will be your God." Jeremiah 7:23
.

Well how are we going to hear His voice? By being focused upon Him. So perhaps this Scripture is indeed the proper one to fit this discussion today. Organize the mind by focusing on the Lord and we can hear his voice so we know that He cares about us. Awesome!

You are beloved,

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

Tabernacle with us Lord and walk us through this time of silence regarding the Sleep Study the Neurologist ordered. We need to hear with our small ears Your voice.

God is good and so many try to even dismiss His existence
Oh would that the world could see through His heart.
Doing the one thing He knew had to be done, it was done.

It was not an easy thing to do, it was not simple either.
See, He knew that in the end we needed a Savior, He saw.

God is good and because He knew a Savior was needed He
Offered up His Son, to bridge the gap that sin caused.
Oh the struggle was hard and in the end Jesus did die.
Dying on a cross on a hill called Golgotha, it's how we know that God Is Good, because He gave His Son for the forgiveness of our sins.

Do you know Jesus as your Savior? Do you know that He gave up the heavenly realms to come to this earth in the form of a babe? Do you know that His mission was to serve as a blood sacrifice for the forgiveness of sin? Do you know that you can be set free from the guilt of sin? Ask Him, and sincerely turn from your sins and His Word promises that His answer will be Yea and Amen.

God Is Good!

Here and now our world is in turmoil.
Everywhere you look there is a leaking barrel of oil
Ripe for the pickings, the natural gas is being siphoned.
Even the blasts from previous sites, deters not the drilling impassioned.

A disaster of mega proportions, still effecting the shores.
No one wants to take the blame, and the people grow tired and snores.
Dear Lord, we need You more than we need Oil.

Nearer to You I do desire to draw, as tight as a coil.
Oh Lord touch the hearts of the greedy and fill the hearts of the needy.
With our resources thrown to the world at large, we miss our truly needy.

Here and Now let us draw a line in the "oil soaked" sand and take our land back from the depths of greed and avarice it has plummeted into.

Here and Now let us be united as a nation and find the proper ways to heal our broken shores and our aching national pride.

Here and Now let us fall upon our knees and pray for Israel, the United States of America, and let freedom ring again from sea to shining sea.

What will you do here and now?
On to my knees I can but fall.
Needing the heart cry to be heard.
Take oh Lord our labors and let them bear fruit.

You, who read this, who turn away before you reach this line.
On you the survival of our nation depends. The survival of the world indeed.
Unafraid we must be and declare for the world to hear.

Stand up and make our presence known.
Take up the Cross and carry it into every town.
Adjure the people to repent and turn from their sins.
No, beloved, it is not an exclusive concept but His love is all inclusive.
Dip into the strength that we've always had through learning. I ask you, I implore you, beg of you here and now, won't you stand?

Come and know that you are cared about.
Open your heart and let the answers come.
Make the decision to seek forgiveness.
Every moment could be your last, so come!

A life that is lived in separation from the Lord,
Never has the opportunity to sing with a joyous heart.
Dearly beloved, you who read this, Come And Know He waits for you.

Know in your heart of hearts that you are forgiven.
Now and forever more by the blood of the lamb.
Oh, this is no trickery, no fake, this is real and living.
With the weight of the world on your shoulders, give it up please.

Come and Know the peace that can be yours, found in the atoning blood of Jesus on the cross so many decades ago. Come and Know beloved that you are important to God; therefore you are important to me.

Sing praise to the Lord.
In everything that comes there is a reason to praise.
Near to the heart of God we do draw.
Giving Him the glory and praise that is due Him.

Praise the name of the Lord,
Raise up His name in all the world.
Adore and admire His name,
In supplication consider Him in all decisions to be made.
Sing a new song, and don't stop there. Sing praise!
Every moment and every day we have the opportunity to do one thing that brings honor to the Lord. Let that one thing be to Sing Praise!

We made it back okay earlier than expected. Rhonda's EEG went well and my visit yesterday was okay, except I had a headache all day because of it. Still only just now getting relief from the pain with the headaches.

Gee I've forgot about updating my blog. It's a good thing the reminder comes around every so often. I'd be lost without it.
Have a blessed week in the WDC and out there in the world in which you partake.

I'm tired and that's a fact. I'm worn out and that's a fact. I'm a child of the King and that makes it all alright.
