Your tale, Typographical Terror is well written & I enjoyed reading it. The story moves alone nicely and gives the reader a mind's eye view of what Alice is like.

Your tale, The Rise of the Valkyrie is well written and I enjoyed it very much. You give enough details that I can see the battle scene and the warrior who's dying. I assume the warrior is female based on I was dressed in a simple dress.
I don't see any errors.

Review of Picture of death
Review by Ladybug
Rated: 13+ | (4.0)
I read your tale, Picture of death and enjoyed it very much. You grab the reader's attention at the very beginning which I like in a mystery story. Then you slowly built your mystery with good pacing and enough details to give the reader a picture of what everyone and everything looked like.

Keep unleashing your imagination and let it fly where it may.

I enjoyed your poem, Keeper Of The Gate. It is well written and contains no errors. It seems to be a good beginning for a short story or novel. Have you thought about turning it into a story? I would like to know what gate she's the keeper of? WHo has locked her away during the day?

Bravo! Well done. Then ending of your tale of Tango with a Vampire caught me off guard. The details and the way the story flowed gave the reader that Connor was the vampire. I caught on just a moment before Rosie sank her teeth into his neck.

Review of Ol' Man Doolittle
Review by Ladybug

Oh don't do that to me. Leave me hanging and not knowing what happened next. Did Old Man Doolittle come crashing through the basement door or not. If not, then what did happen. Once again you have written a nice little tale that held my attention from beginning to end.

Have you thought about taking all your stories and putting them together in a book?

I love your poem, The Land of All But Forgotten Things. I love fantasy and unicorns are one of my favorite fantasy creatures, followed by dragons, fairies & elves. Your little tale has plenty of details to give the reader a vivid picture to see. I only wish I could write poetry like this.

Review of Death Chamber
Review by Ladybug
Rated: 13+ | (4.5)
I seem to keep coming back to your little tales of horror. I just read, Death Chamber and once again you had my attention from the get go. I kind of suspect that Hawkins might work of LaStrom so I wasn't surprise to learn that I was right.

Reading the beginning of your tale, The Old Kirsch Place, put the mystery hound in me on alert. Nicely written. I see Rube is the braver of the two characters. Your description of what the mother did, the old barn, house and well made me see the background. I'm curious at what made the loud bang that scared Rube & her cousin off? IS the house really haunted or just an old broken down house in desperate need of repair?

Review of The Old Oak Tree
Review by Ladybug
Rated: E | (4.0)
Ijust read your charming tale, The Old Oak Tree and enjoyed it very much. I only wish there was more to your tale. The only errors I saw was that many of the I's were not capitalized so you need to fix those. I kinda like that fact that the old tree talked to the lady, but then I love fantasy tales & realizes nature is full of wonders we don't always understand.

Review of Djinn in the Box
Review by Ladybug
Rated: ASR | (4.5)
I just read your tale, Djinn in the Box and love the twist on a genie in a bottle. I love the details of the Dijinn's box & how she is summoned. I could see the box & red sparks & smole. I could see the Dijinn's anger when Jake didn't fall into her trap of being seduced. Yet I was unprepared for the ending. Bravo! You caught me completely off guard. The story moves along at a good pace & holds the reader's interest. I don't see anything wrong with your tale.

Review of Shards of Glass
Review by Ladybug
Rated: E | (3.5)
I just read your tale Shards of Glass and found it quite charming. It is well written. You give enough details to allow me to see Malia, C.J. & the old Victorian house. I've always wanted to live in an old Victorian. They make wonderful backgrounds for mysteries and ghost stories. Perhaps a romance or two. I figured out what was going to happen when Malia crossed over, yet wasn't completely sure. I like the way you set the whole story up. And I like ghost stories that don't always scare someone silly. Those kinds of ghost stories are nice too.

After reading your tale Romance Midst Tragedy I have to say WOW! It brought tears to my eyes. I coulde feel the ladies pain as she thought about loosing her baby and her worry about her husband. I've never lost a child and can only imagine the pain. Yet I watch as my mother went through it when my younger brother died at age 16 from a medical condition.

Review of The Attic
Review by Ladybug
Rated: ASR | (4.5)
What a sad little tale your tale The Attic is. I can see the little girl wishing for someone to play with. She doesn't understand that her being dead means no one shall play with her. This makes me feel sorrow for her. I only wonder why she stayed in the attic and didn't cross over.
