Stacy channel surfs

"Whatever," replied Stacy, and headed into the living room to watch TV.

As she sat watching TV, she began to feel strange. Her body began to feel unusual, but more than that her

tastes in programs changed.

"The stuff they put out for kids these days," she muttered, then a second or two later wondered why she'd

said such a thing.

She didn't wonder long, as she soon had switched the channel and was engrossed in a talk show.

Then, the thought crossed her mind that she might enjoy a glass of wine as she watched her soaps.

She got up to get it, and as she made her way to the kitchen she caught a glimpse of her reflection in the

hallway mirror. Something bothered her about it, yet she couldn't quite put her finger on what that might be. "I

look good just hitting 43, she thought to herself, as she brushed some graying curls out of her face. Hadn't she

been younger though? Maybe?"

Yet, she felt she had to mention it to Amanda.

"Amanda dear, I know this is going to like I'm being a silly goose and all, but I would swear that I was a few

years younger when we last spoke. Wasn't I ? I mean, my body feels strange, my voice is off, even what I say

and how I'm saying it. Plus, my clothes don't seem right either. "

Amanda just looked at her and smiled, saying...
