Katie's Birthday

(I apologize to the author of this chapter, but I had to make it longer, and the choices din't make much sense.) It's been a year since Katie was born, she was pregnant with her 3 siblings, the medicine today can help her give birth but there has been no sign of labor since her birth. Her belly is enormous compared to her, actually, her belly is as big as her, but she looks like she enjoys it.
All her friends and family are gathered in the dining room for cake. Katie barely fit in her spot at the table! Everyone sang as the cake was brought in, and as Katie blew out the candle...

You have the following choices:

1. Her babies get bigger!

2. Another baby suddenly appears in her belly!

3. A boy at the table suddenly gets pregnant too!
