Another baby suddenly appears in her belly! Katie started to cry as her belly becomes bigger her 4th sibling.

when the party was over and all the guests have left, Katie and her mother went to her mothers room and they relaxed. With her 4th sibling in her belly, her belly was stretched to the max. Her mother couldn't think of what to dress Katie in due to her large belly. Katie giggled and loved her new bigger belly.

"What are we going to do with you now that you are pregnant with 4 babies, Katie." her mother said.
