Since you have some time you decide to make yourself a real sandwich. It normally takes a little time for the shrinking process to begin. So, you have time before you have to start watching over Barney. When you are about halfway through your snack, you hear a scream of delight from Dora. You start to run into living room.
Dora is skipping to her room with a six inch tall Barney in one hand when you get there. Well, that happened a lot faster than you thought it would. Maybe that overactive pituitary gland of his has had an odd reaction to the purple peanut butter. Even though this is unexpected, it is a little amusing. He is pounding on his formerly little sisters hand and demanding that she let him go in an amusingly high pitched voice.
Barney is being handled a bit roughly by his sister, but he does not appear to be in any danger. You follow Dora and see what she is planning to do to him. It is hilarious to see Dora start to play dress up with him. The pink ballroom dress she forced him to wear was the best costume in your opinion. Barney is swearing bloody revenge on both you after he gets back to his normal size.
Since Barney is alright for now you decide to go finish your snack real quick. Barney was starting to put his real clothes back on while Dora prepared a tea set when you started walking away. You had not made it halfway to the kitchen when you heard Dora scream. When you run back to her room you cannot see Barney anywhere. You ask Dora where he is. “He bit me when I picked him up and I accidentally threw him out the window,” she said meekly while holding her hand. You look over to the window and notice that it is indeed open.
This is a disaster. Who knows what could happen to him out there. You rush out the front door and pray that Barney is still alive. If he is dead you have no idea how you will explain this to his mother. You may have wanted him to get a little humiliated, but now you are feeling really bad about creating this situation.
