A strange sight in the city

You are a normal human walking through your city when you hear a loud noise. You think it nothing, until you hear it agian.
You decide to investiage the noise, only to find something that defys belief.
Standing before is a confused and worried Eevee morph. She has long brown hair, and wears simple yet cute looking clothes. Oh, and shes 200 feet tall.
You look in shook.
"Umm hello? Can someone help me please? I have no idea how I got here."
