Another Roswell coverup

"Uncle! Can I continue please?"

She stopped hitting on him and he continued.

"Now, the language expert spent many years trying to decipher the scroll and finally he did. This is where it gets really farfetched, but in actuality, it makes sense. The scroll decribes the lost city of Alantis and that the aliens are claiming that they built it and lived there a long time ago. Not the same ones that actually built the city, because they did eventually leave and go back to their own planet to die, but some from the same planet, fleeing the friction of an opposing planet. Somehow the elders, the first Alantis inhabitants, had somehow known of the eventual takeover of their planet and wanted to provide a safe haven for what was left of their race. But the opposing planet learned of their plot to escape, pursued them, and shot them down in the desert at Roswell." He stopped to catch his breath and looked at Gina for her reaction.
