John, 24, has a girlfriend named Emily, 28. Emily wants to be a mother, but John doesn't feel like he's ready to be a parent. Emily decides that if he won't give her a baby, he'll be the baby.

Jim, a 21 year old college student, has a girlfriend named Sharon, 19. Sharon decides to make her psychogy thesis around whether an adult human can be made to think they're a baby, with Jim as the unfortunate test subject.

Mark, 19, has a girlfriend named Erica, 25. Mark is a closeted AB/DL who is too afraid to actually wear diapers himself. Erica discovers his fetish, and decides to force his hand.

Brian, 30, has a wife named Leah, also 30, as well as a young daughter, Daisy, 5, and a young boy, Ken, 7. Leah thinks Brian favours Ken and doesn't spend enough time with Daisy, so she decides to make him Daisy's little sister.
