Your name is John. You are 24 years old. You've been dating a girl named Emily, 28, for four years now. She's been asking you to have a child with her, but you've been against the idea.
You're in the passenger seat of Emily's car. She told you that the two of you are going to participate in an experimental new procedure to "maintain youth forever". You pull up to the front door of the place, a fairly nondescript building. "So this is the place?" You ask her. She nods. "So how are we going to tell if this "procedure" works? Do we have to wait 20 years and see if we age?" You ask. Emily giggles. "Don't worry, it will be quite apparent if it works or not."
You and Emily walk into the building, approaching the front desk. "Hello, we're here for the special treatment." Emily tells the receptionist. The receptionist smiles "My name is Rebecca, you must be Emily and John. I'll start with you, John, you can come with me. We're going to have so much fun together." You are about to ask what she meant by that last statement, but just shrug and follow her.
