This choice: Is confused by his expression, not understanding why he is embarassed • Go Back...Chapter #6She is confused as to why he is embarrassed by: DougTF   Genie blinks "Is something wrong master? Having me understand your desires and dreams will make it easier for me to grant them for you? Have I done something wrong?" and she looks worried, because pleasing her master and granting his wishes is her whole reason for existing.
Dan stands and paces a bit "I mean, some of those fantasies are impossible, things I never told anyone...wait" pausing her as she goes to speak, "Yes, I know with your magic, those impossible things are now possible, and that thought both thrills me and terrifies me, but more than anything, I don't want to enforce a fantasy of mine on another person, even you Genie. I know you are either conditioned or even compelled to obey and do what I want, but I prefer a person have free will. If I could free you I would...is that even an option?"
She shakes her head "Were I freed of my bottle and magic, I would instantly age to what my natural form would be.... which after a few thousand years in the bottle would be dust. I beg you not to do so master. While you are correct and my free will is subsumed to my master by the magic that is my existence, I know this: I wish to remain in existence, and if I get to live forever, and grant wishes, bring pleasure to my master" she steps over to him and lifts his chin, looking into his downcast eyes "Because of you letting me into your mind, I know there is no other mortal I would rather serve than you, Dan" He blinks as she used his name instead of master, and looks into her eyes, the smile on her face is even more deeply expressed in her eyes.
He sighs, swallows and then puts his hands on hers "Thank you Genie, that...well, that means a lot, and I know I am going to struggle with this, with you doing things because I ask it, instead of because you want it. And, yeah, there are some messed up things up here" tapping his head, but then smiling "But I am going to do things I think you might like, share experiences with you, for you...and I know you don't have the luxury, no, the right that is free will. But I don't want to treat you as my fetish machine, I want to treat you as a person"
Genie smiles, yes, this master is going to work out nicely. "Dan, well, I also know that about you, I realize your wish made a rather intense and deeply personal intrusion on your mind, but I learned all of it, and well, I can...simulate some of my own wants and desires...plus those I recall from before I was made into a genie. I have to warn you, the majority of my own desires are...shallow, shall we say, from a lifetime of serving others, men mostly. I do not expect it, and from your wish, I know you enjoy such things, but also are very hesitant to do them with me, feeling like it would be improper. I understand, we will take it slow, however you like"
Dan's jaw drops "I mean, I do find you incredibly attractive, and well, yes, I mean, as a guy, and you as a woman, well, ...but no, you're correct, I don't want the sexual tension between us to be awkward." Genie nods "I can help with that easily, would you like me to make you a woman, fully in your alignment as well, or myself male? Or, I can also adjust your body chemistry, turning off your hormones, in essence removing your gender, if you think any of those options will help.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
