Dan blinks, his curiosity being one of his strongest traits, which helps in his wildlife science work and might be the source of some very intriguing wishes, not just his fantasies. "Wait, like genderless, what does that even mean? I'd have to be either a male or female, or both or like what?" Genie giggles "Not with my magic, would you like me to show you?" Rubbing his chin, he nods "Ok, not for good, but go ahead, remove both our genders for good measure Genie" She nods, and gestures, and Dan stumbles a bit, feeling very odd. Genie is there, but not in a harem dancer outfit anymore, just a loose vest and baggy pants. Dan is still in their rash guard and jammer, but looks down at themselves, a smooth groin area. Looking down there is nothing, smoothness and just a small opening, which they realize is to pee. Their muscles are a little smoother, not as cut and defined, whereas Genie seems a little more solidly built and Dan blinks. "oh, wait, that's what you mean...ok, so this is weird, but actually doesn't feel weird" Genie nods "Correct, both our bodies have no secondary sex characteristics, no external or internal genitalia, and our body processes are carried out by simplified methods that bypass need of any of the removed parts. As such, our hormones are vastly different, neither testosterone or estrogen produced in our bodies any more. Neither of us are capable of sex obviously, but also not even capable of physical arousal. Thus, no sexual tension"
Dan moves and is kinda stunned by how normal they feel, and then looks at Genie. "So from here, it would be simple to use your magic to have either of us assume either gender, with no baggage and psychological dissonance from our prior gender, since we don't have one." Genie nods "For you that is true, for me it is always the case, no matter my form. Shall I restore us to our respective genders now Dan?"
