Chapter #3

Two roommates

    by: Alie Author IconMail Icon
Alex and Jonah had roomed together in college. With the cost of houses, it only made sense to try to split the cost of the mortgage. After a tour of the house, things seemed to all be good. There seemed to be something not being told them, but Jonah couldn't put his finger on it. It was a nice house, about the same cost as the similar houses on the market. Though it did have a really nice hot tub in the back, it would make it great for hosting girls, and general parties.

After the tour, the two of them talked it over and decided to put down a big. Alex was going to be the home owner, in case things ever needed changing, but Jonah would split the mortgage until the time came for one of them, or both of them, to move out.

They got a call later that night, their bid was accepted, they could move in in a few weeks.

You have the following choices:

1. Moving in

2. That first night in the house

3. Finding out something before moving in.
