Ron was in his sixties and he was recently widowed. His wife had died and he did not need the large home they had created together. There were too many memories. The realtor showed him around the house, it was overall smaller then the house he was selling, and had fewer steps, but still had room if his children ever decided to visit with their grandchildren.
