Older Man

    by: Alie Author IconMail Icon
Ron was in his sixties and he was recently widowed. His wife had died and he did not need the large home they had created together. There were too many memories. The realtor showed him around the house, it was overall smaller then the house he was selling, and had fewer steps, but still had room if his children ever decided to visit with their grandchildren.

When the tour was over the realtor asked him what he thought. He was tempted to buy right then and there. Their old house had been paid off, and if he sold it, he would be able to pay for the house outright and still have some money left. The realtor asked why he would want to buy a house so late in life. He responded.
