After the tour was over he put the bid down. The next day the bid was accepted. A month later he moved in. His kids approved of the house and were happy their grandfather was moving closer, he had seemed closed off since his wife had died.
That night he got ready for bed and fell asleep in the new bed. It took him almost no time to fall asleep, which for him was a good sign.
