Its to dangerous to stop
The wolf's legs did there best to fight against her, but relented as she stood. After a proper shaking of her fur and rattling of the brain, she made quick work to analyze her surrounding. This stopped when she saw the bear. A large mass of brown fur sitting in the shallows a little down river of her. Her body was quick to release its tension as she stared at it from where she felt was too close. Her body was too tired to keep up with her protest, but more importantly the bear seemed strange. He was still. Too still. He sat motionless in a river that raced past him without bothering to notice, eyes locked to the water. Part of her curiosity made here what to approach the strange bear and his strange staring. Maybe to even ask about the area she has wound up in. She freeze before she take a step, ears darting to the shrubby. The corner of her eye spots a rabbit. Internal bells ring as her body is ready to set aside their grievances if it means the nourishment of meat. The sun had done its part to aid her recovery, but a kill would speed up the process greatly.
