Yani took some time to think. 4 guys are tracking someone here, and those 4 guys might be the paladins the game was talking about. The best solution would be to wait here until the team leave the area, but the blond guy said he was looking after her too. Once they’ve found their target, what would prevent them from looking after her? With the scanning girl, she has zero chance to escape.
That was clear now … if she wanted to escape them, she had to get the girl out of the way. But first, Yani had to plan her actions. Her target was somewhere outside with another guy, they were covered by that guy playing the sentinel right here, and the leader was patrolling inside.
Yani had several plans in her head, but all started by the same way: putting the bearded man next to here out of the way. Yani could see he was he was looking down with his binocular, looking for his pray, unaware of the beast near him. She tried to go down the cabin without making a sound. He didn’t here anything. She silently approached the bag of the guy and noticed some documents in it plus a tiny hypodermic riffle. That was all perfect, she made her best to take the riffle a but it was hard without the inches. The better solution she found was grabbing the weapon with a hand, approaching the guy, and using the other hand to shoot the anesthetic in his butt. The man felt unconscious and Yani grabbed him before he fell off the edge.
Step one: success!
Now she had to go down: the first option was jumping from the edge with the risk to be seen by the whole city, or going inside the flat risking to fall on the leader or a neighbor. Yani decided to go back inside and use the elevator to go down, limiting the risks to be spotted. Thanks fully, no one was in the corridors and no camera were installed. But the blond guy was near the entrance, looking outside while talking at the phone about the goblin as some document thief. Yani still had the riffle and shot him in the butt during one of his silences. Knocking the leader out wasn’t in the plan, but it also was one threat less for her mission. She gently opened the entrance door and stepped outside.
Step two: success!
The next phase of the plan was going to the parc without being noticed. The sun was about to set but the area was still in its light. However, Yani had an idea. Quickly following the walls, she found a big dustcart. Ran with it in direction of the parc, then jumped in it once she thought the inertia was great enough to reach the parc. Sadly, it wasn’t and Yani didn’t like it. she had to give some blows to make the thing move forward … until something blocked the improvised vehicle. the voice of a man laughing could be heard right next to the impact location. Yani hid as fast as she could under the garbage at her feet and got her riffle ready. Some muscular arms opened the bin but Yanni didn’t wait to shoot. She got the man in the arm who fell unconscious. Yanni got a peek outside and noticed no one was around except for the sleeping man who happened to be on the guy working with her target. In the end, the only person Yani wished to take down was the last one up … but that wasn’t important since she just have to stay unseen. She hurried to climb the fence and hid inside a tree. The leaves were covering her perfectly.
Step three: success!
All was left to do now, was putting the tracking girl to sleep too.
Finding that blond girl wasn’t hard since she was coming in Yani’s direction, clearly not happy.
