He only had one pillow left to jump to, then he’d be able to get Janet’s attention. If anyone can get him to grow back, she was the one to do it. Although he didn’t know what to say if she realized he woke up in bed right next to her. Hopefully she wouldn’t ask any questions about it.
Peter took a few steps back until he was at the back of his pillow platform. Then he took a deep breath and prepared to make his move. “Here goes nothing!”
Sprinting straight for the end of the pillow, Peter jumped. He was high in the air, in fact he was practically soaring above his intended landing spot. He was surprised, but this was better than he’d planned. He was gonna land directly onto Janet’s face. With her face sideways, he’d land close to her ear and wake her up in seconds. Things were looking up for him.
So of course Janet decided to moved her head and yawn.
“Oh crap! Janet, no!” Janet’s yawn pulled him straight down. Lacking his web shooters, Peter could do nothing but fall into the massive wet cavern which started to close up after he entered. He landed on the tongue and started sliding down, where his final destination awaited him.
Peter had no plans to journey inside the Wasp’s stomach, so he placed his hands down on the tongue to slow his descent. It wasn’t enough and he had only seconds before he was sent into the giant’s throat.
“Janet, you better start waking up now!” He couldn’t really see in the dark too well, but he was sure that it was a matter of time before he was swallowed whole.
Could this be really it for him? What happens next?
1). Janet started to wake up, and she realized there was something rather odd in her mouth. What could it be? She spit it out and looked closer at what appeared to be a tiny Peter Parker?
2). Janet slept on, and that was enough for Peter to be pulled straight down into her throat. Janet had no idea what she was gonna do to him.
3). Janet wakes up, but she didn’t feel anything in her mouth. At the same time, Peter manages to avoid being swallowed whole, but now he has to somehow escape the Wasp’s mouth.
