To Peter's dismay, his sudden entrance into Janet's throat went unnoticed as she's still blissfully asleep, indicated by her now loud snoring and her shaking uvula. And without his web shooters, there was little he could do. Ultimately, the tongue proved too moist to latch onto and Peter was swallowed whole.
