Janet seemed really intent in keeping Peter like this no matter how much he disliked having no control to this. With a sinister smile on her face she tried to move herself up, but was stopped by her impulse to yawn from how tired she still was. That was perhaps the cue he needed to start moving.
"Yeah, that sounds fun." Peter said as he looked down to the blankets, "But I'm gonna take a rain check on that one if it's cool."
"W-Wait, you're gonna-" Before Janet could even understand what he meant, the tiny Peter leapt off her hand. She barely moved when he landed safely on the blankets but started sliding down just as she realized what's happening. "Hey, you can't just leave me!" She forced herself up though found it hard when she ended up rolling off the bed and landing on the ground with the blanket almost landing on top of her.
Peter was hanging on the edge before he dropped and started sprinting underneath the bed. He didn't look back but he could tell that Janet was trying to wake herself up and stand on her feet. He didn't know if he was suddenly a lot faster when he was this tiny or Janet was taking a while to stand, either way it helped him reach the door and he crawled underneath the gap.
Without his web shooters, Peter was stuck having to run so fast that it'd make his gym teachers proud. At least he could still run up the walls and get some higher distance but if Janet was gonna end up looking for him then who knows if she'll be onto his tricks. Luckily since this was the second floor of the building it meant that there were some stairs close by. Peter slipped through the massive gaps of the railing podiums and leapt down to the top of it leading down the stairs. He landed on his feet then was on his rear as he started sliding down.
It felt like a big slide at the water park without any of the safety restrictions, which was to say it was a very dangerous ride. Using his hands, he started to slow down just before he could bump into the massive sphere at the very end of the railing. "If Hank did this a lot, that's probably the only highlight to this day." He said to himself. He could hear Janet rummaging up above and soon enough she'll be out of her room and chasing after him. He needed help to get to normal size. Maybe he could find someone else to change his size back to normal, but what are the odds someone like that could just come through the front door and be the one to just do that? He'd have to get their attention anyways if that were the case.
He looked around and felt puny with how big the interior of the house was. There were plenty of places to hide but the likely chances of Janet observing those spots were definitely high. Right now it was looking like he'd have to do so, but what was actually going to happen here? Will he hide or will someone show up that could possibly help him?
