The Visit Of A Being From Outer Space

         The human boy (Johnny Watson) had stood back up and was now eyeing the smoldering path through the trees my escape pod had taken, and while he was preoccupied with piecing together what happened, I took the opportunity to squinch myself down along the lower hemline of the back of the boy’s tee shirt.

         The Earth boy seemed like a fine candidate (health, age, and appearance-wise) for host creature, but I decided to use my camouflaging abilities to blend in with his clothes and allow him to introduce me to other possible human hosts he might come into contact with wherever he was taking me (presumably to his home).

         There were a couple of scares along the way; when the shirt would get tangled in some tree branch, or when he initially looked back at the burnt up escape pod – where I thought he’d discover me clinging tightly to the back of the shirt.
