When the human boy arrived home to his family’s dwelling place, most of the lights needed by the species to see in the darkness were off, leading me to believe it was the time for the humans to sleep. However, when the boy entered the dwelling, he encountered a relative who was also up at this late hour.

This was very dangerous for me. If they discovered me, I’d be at my most vulnerable. It was also an opportunity though, as I saw a chance to make the leap onto (and eventually into) this human the young male interacted with.

Who does Johnny run into when he gets home with the camouflaged alien worm named Zhug clinging to his shirt?
