“I was using a spell to check out your genetic makeup…” the elf begins before you interrupt him.

“My who-a what-a?” You ask intelligently.

The elf sighs dramatically. “You have a distant ancestor whose physical characteristics would make you perfect for the Oath of Water. However, the transformation spell necessary to bring those traits to the forefront would be a very painful experience for you. A very painful, very lengthy experience.”

You scratch your head thoughtfully before answering, “No pain,
