No gain. Let’s do this!

Before you can change your mind, the elf casts the spell.

He wasn’t lying about the pain. For what seems like forever, every part of your body is wracked with unimaginable pain. Finally, the pain ends, leaving you panting on your hands and knees.

The spell was successful. You have been permanently transformed into a Triton.

The next four years of your education are twofold. You’re placed with a Triton clan to learn how to be a Triton. And you are trained to be an Oath of Water Paladin (better known as the Oath of the Ooen Sea).

By the end of the four years, two things have happened. You have become the best Oath of the Open Sea novice paladin to graduate in the last few years. And you have all but forgotten what it was like to be human. It’s as if you’ve always been a Triton.

You’re first mission is with five other recent graduates, with all five being
