After thinking about for some time, Stinky said to herself, "Haven't been to the library in a while... Wonder if they got anything new."
With that, her destination was clear, and she made her way to the library - after entering through the front door, Stinky was greeted by Mr. Holland, the head librarian. "Hello there, Elueze - nice to see you come in today." Stinky smiled back and replied, "Good to see you too, Dom." Usually, Stinky didn't like it when people called her Elueze, but Dom Holland was the exception - she wasn't sure why, but something about the way he said it made Stinky feel more comfortable. Stinky was never particularly embarrassed with her name, she just simply preferred to be called Stinky instead - perhaps it was the way Dom said it with his elderly, English accent that made it sound cooler in Stinky's head.
"Have you come back in to check out anything?" Mr. Holland asked. Stinky replied, "Hmmm, I'm not sure yet - I think I'm just gonna look around for a while." Mr. Holland nodded, and was about to turn around to face his work station when Stinky piped up and said, "Say Dom, you get anything new in? It's been a while since I've been here." Dom replied, "Well we did just get a new graphic novel section upstairs - why don't you go take a look?"
"Sure, sounds awesome!" Stinky said. "Thanks Dom!" Normally, Stinky liked reading books about robots, aliens, and other sci-fi stuff like that, but if it wasn't for her love of that genre of novel, Stinky's favorite kind of reading material would definitely be comics and manga.
Upon reaching the top floor and finding the section of shelves labeled "Graphic Novels," she found a wide assortment of comics, manga, and even artbooks, all ranging from fantasy, adventure, horror, and of course, sci-fi.
One book, however, caught her interest.
