The two desk mirrors were enchanted over two hundred years ago by a witch. One of them was gifted to a crime lord so he could make a quick escape if it was ever required. The second was given to a hospital for people wanting a second chance. When they were used for the first time, neither party got what they wished for.
Since then both mirrors have found their way into auctions and into private collections. They have changed hands a number of times and caused a number of people to change lives.
People have tried to destroy these mirrors before, though they were given a self defense counter, which allowed them to switch the person that tried to do them harm into anything else the mirror could see.
It has been a generation since the mirrors last caused two lives to change but soon they would do so again. They were both up for sale....
