The mirrors are separate

Derek Dawson was a twenty year old business major who goes to school in Rhode Island. On one chilly Saturday morning in the fall, Derek walks out of his local bagel place near campus as he walks down the street with his headphones in as he clears his mind listening to music after a frustrating night of studying. Derek notices a historic antique store up ahead that catches his eye as he can't help himself but walk towards the building as he walks inside he notices various sections of the building as he notices a middle aged women working at the register.
???: Welcome honey! Don't be afraid to look around, ask me if you need anything. I would be happy to help!
Derek says thank you as he slowly tries to get away from the emoloyee, he walks around the store as he notices old records, photographs as is in awe of what he is witnissing in-front of his eyes. He walks near the back of the building as he notices old carpets on the floor for decoration as he see's an old mirror but looks fairly cleaned as it looks shiny as someone just washed it with Windex. Derek walks up to the mirror as the force of gravity begins to pull him quickly as you see his eyes dead locked in the reflection of the mirror. The next thing you know you are getting pulled from the ground as you brace for impact you notice you have floated through the ceiling as you are getting pulled with your back towards whatever is coming next as your heart is bumping beats per minute as you are scared of what happens next. You see a flash past by you towards the direction you came from as it slowly begins to get dark again as you hear the sounds of getting thrown into a room with the door shut behind you after everything going to black. You open your eyes as you are shocked to see the reflection in the mirror looking back at you!
