Chapter #3

The next morning

You could hardly sleep a wink last night. Your entire life had just been uprooted. You had been forcibly chosen to give up your gender for the “greater good” of society. Your family had even known about this and not said a word.

You had never felt this nervous or scared in your life. Waking up you dressed in some gym shorts, flip flops and a simple plain t shirt. There was no need to be fancy was there?

You decided to drive yourself and deal with this alone. At the very least you wanted to go out of your own terms and prove you were at least man enough to accept this fate. What little comfort that offered.

A short drive later you found yourself at your local gender transformation clinic. It was a glorified urgent care facility now specifically designed to force gender changes upon drafted young men.

Walking into clinic you were supposed to see armed guards stationed just about every entrance or exit. I guess they didn’t want people trying to escape or change their mind?

Walking up the front desk a pretty young woman with light brown hair smiled at you.

“Hi there, are you here for an appointment?” She asked.

“I…uhh…I got this letter.” You said showing her your draft notice.

The receptionist took the letter and read it over.

“I see…well…I’m sorry, for what it’s worth. It’s very rare for someone to get these so close to their 21st. I’m afraid the raise draft dodging has caused the government to become more extreme lately.” She said.

“Really? I thought it was a serious crime to avoid a draft, why would so many people refuse to comply?.” You asked out of sheer curiosity.

“It is…I dunno…I was drafted when I was 15. Been this way now for over 5 years. To be honest I barely even remember what it like being a boy. It’s really not so bad. I guess male pride is just something others just are willing to let go of.” The reception said.

You suddenly felt a little better. If the pretty receptionist was a result of the draft maybe it wasn’t so bad? Then again maybe she was just saying that to make you feel better.

“You can have a seat, your name will be called shortly.” She said directing you to the waiting room.

You toon a seat and saw several others waiting. Most of them were teens sitting with their parents, aged somewhere around 13-15. It was common to get drafted in your early teen years.

They say because if you can go through puberty naturally your body is more likely to even out properly. Meaning you are most likely to wind up looking like what you would have if you been born female naturally.

After a few minutes a nurse came out holding a clipboard.

“Andrew Wilson?” She called out.

Standing up slowly you waved your hand.

“We are ready for you, go ahead and follow me.” She said as you followed her.

You were led down a hallway as you were led to a small waiting room. There was nothing special here simply a scale and few measurement tools.

“We need to take a full accounting of your body. So please strip.” The nurse said.

“All the way?” You asked.

“Yes. Once you are done please step on the scale.” The nurse said.

It wasn’t like this would change anything so you just sighed and did as she asked. You got nude as you tried not to look embarrassed as she took your measurements.

“Let’s see here, 6’1, 175lbs, light brown hair, blue eyes, blood type A negative, no pre existing conditions like diabetes or asthma?” She asked.

“Nope…just me, normal and healthy.” You replied.

Once you were done the nurse handed you a small white bathrobe to put on. It wasn’t fancy but it was better than being nude.

She led you to another room which seemed really bare. Just a couple of small chairs to sit in. No equipment of any kind present.

“Have a seat and the doctor will see you shortly.”
The nurse said.

You sighed and took a seat, not sure what to except now.

You have the following choices:

1. The doctor arrives

*Noteb*
2. You decide to sneak around

*Noteb*
3. Something else

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
