It was a story about her

"Emma...the vampire?" spoke the young woman.

The book's cover was of her in a very provocative pose. Dressed in the most stereotypical Anne Rice attire one could find. She invited dark impulses to whomever saw the cover, though to Emma, it looked extremely embarrassing.

"What's with this anyways?" She asked. Now the woman should've immediately gotten as far away from the book as possible. But her inquisitive curiosity got the better of poor Emma. With one quick hand, Emma opened the book to the first page and began to read.

"On a dark night, a young maiden named Emma entered the bleak home with her companions. Her quest: to find the lost woman named Stacy." Emma pulled up a chair to read the book in a much more comfortable position.

"Through unknown means the woman of science became a being of horrific power."

Unbeknownst to Emam, her skin slowly became more and more pale. Her canines lengthen,while her eyes gained a slight yellow tinge.

"A vampire! A child of the night! Cursed forever with powers unequal,though at a cost.A powerful bane that would definitively stop her in one fell swoop." Emma turned to the next page to read what this weakness was.
