Here's some ideas to start with, but it can be something else as long as you leave the option open :

- Sara Lance : Sounds like something she can uses intentionnally or not with Ava and/or Nyssa. One of them can be the victim, or we can stay with Oliver, Barry, etc

- Ava Sharpe : Being a clone is not easy to live with, Ava uses a strange Book to change this...and maybe some other little things

- Gideon ?? : What about having the AI tempted to use the book the crew found, to get a real body...and maybe some other things funny ?

2. Ava Sharpe and the Book of Destiny

3. Gideon messing with the crew

4. Someone else
