Zari: As the loophole Queen (or at least that's what I call her) Zari sees the Book of Destiny as a way to make her own changes to history without having to worry about delicate alterations or the messy consequences. If only she knew the Book also had consequences for it's use too ;)

Charlie/the shapeshifter (in case I misremembered her name): The moment the Book arrives on the Waverider Charlie sees it as a quick and easy way to get her powers back, as well as make things better for her, maybe get some other cool powers: Size change, invulnerability, actual immortality, whatever she likes. Of course this could all go wrong, but who knows?
