Here's some ideas, but it can be another plot with other characters affected than Barry/Oliver, just leave the plots open as an option. Elseworlds seems like a great idea for the story with so many possibilities:
- Lena Luthor : She can get everything she always wanted with a Book she found and can't help but using it. Kara can be the character instead of Barry / Oliver, or anyone else.
- Kara herself : As if having the power of a God was not enought for her, she uses the book for her own wishes, and doesn't expect Barry /or Oliver only being affected in size and not in their memories.
Alex Danvers : Her only way to get Maggie following her will to get a child is to use the Book the DEO has found
