For as long as both could remember, dragons and humans have lived in peace. Although the two species coexist, for many years they lived in separate cities to ensure the humans safety. However as of 2058 a new city called Welton has been constructed and inhabited by both dragons and humans.
Local devices help humans operate in the city such as personal roads, apartments, and sidewalks. There are also heavy laws regarding the safety of humans.
Despite this, a number of humans have been disappearing. Most take place when they are in the dragon districts of town. This leads to some distrust towards dragons.
