Arrow vs Speedy

    by: Haro-Haze Author IconMail Icon
While searching for leads on Sara's killer Oliver and his team happen upon evidence that supports that Thea might be the one responsible for her death. After discovering Malcolm Merlin returned to Star City with Thea around the time of their friends' death Diggle, Felicity, and Roy convince Oliver to ask Thea again where Malcolm Merlin was, this time as the Arrow.

Later in the night, he got into position on the rooftop overlooking Thea's apartment. From there he saw her, decorating for the holiday season. She looked so peaceful as she walked across the room, how could anyone believe that she was capable of killing Sara? But whether he liked the situation or not, Oliver knew what he had to do.

He grabbed an arrow from his quiver, drawing it against the back of his bow before lowering it down to the arrow rest. In one fluid motion, Oliver released the nock of his arrow, allowing it to soar silently across the street. It pierced the bricks above her balcony door, creating a clotheslined cable for Oliver to zip line across.

Oliver jumped, latching onto the cable and swinging towards Thea's apartment. He had to know the truth about Thea's potential involvement in this, even if that meant interrogating her himself. A few moments later, he kicked his way through her balcony's glass door. Oliver faced his sister as an intruder, Thea still having no idea that her brother was the Arrow.

"Thea Queen! Where is Malcolm Mer-" Oliver started, but before he could finish his sentence a bright flash of light surrounded him on both his right and left sides. A security system installed by Merlin in case any of the League's members came after Thea. However, this security system utilized a prototype Molecular Hyper Compressor that Malcolm had stolen from Palmer Technologies. Which meant that its purpose was not to kill intruders, but instead leave them helpless in front of Thea, that way she could dispose of them herself. Oliver was about to get a firsthand experience of what that meant exactly.

*Boom, Boom!*

The ground beneath Olivers feet shock as he rubbed his eyes, his retinas still burning after being exposed to the white-hot light. 'What the hell is going on?' he asked himself. What could be causing these sudden earthquakes? Was this Malcolm's doing as well? Another part of his security system? Oliver's mind was racing with the possibilities, his vision beginning to return. But what he saw first defied all logic, it was his little sister Thea only 60 times bigger than she was a few moments ago.

*BOOM, BOOM!*

Thea's bare feet met with the wooden floor below on either side of Oliver's tiny body, blocking off his escape. Somehow he'd been shrunk. Looking up Oliver could see that something inside Thea had changed. Her eyes were different. They used to be so sweet and calm, but now they were focused and angry.

"Thought you could intimidate me huh? Thought I'd be some scared little girl? Well let me ask you something, do I look 'little' to you?" Thea asked, raising her left foot off the ground and stomping it back down on the ground with a thundering slap.

*BOOM!*

"Oliver! What's going on? I'm picking up some weird telemetry from your suit. Is everything okay?" asked a familiar voice in Oliver's earpiece, it was Felicity Smoak. Luckily all of his gear had shrunk with him.

"Not a great time Felicity! Thea's three hundred feet tall, I've been shrunk!" Oliver replied while waiting for Thea to make the next move.

"Wait, shrunk as in 'Honey I Shrunk the Kids' shrunk? That's not possible unless Merlin got his hands on a Dwarf Star alloy, but that's some seriously cutting-edge tech. Where would he even find that?" Felicity commented, geeking out while Oliver stared down (or rather up at) his gargantuan sibling.

"Yes! I need your help. Find some way of distracting her so I can escape." Oliver said, relying on Felicity's help.

"I can't! Merlin must have taken the entire building of the grid. You're on your own Oliver. You have to run, now!" Felicity yelled.

Meanwhile, Thea was preparing to end her tiny intruder's live. Raising her foot high above him, wiggling her naked toes, actually enjoying the power she felt over someone as small as an insect. "Don't take this the wrong way. But, I have to kill you now." Thea announced, bringing her foot down hard.

*BOOM!*

Her foot landed right where Oliver had been standing. Luckily, he had just enough time to evade her foot before the impact. "Don't run away! I can't guarantee a quicker death like that." Thea teased, her personality pulling a complete one-eighty from what Oliver was accustomed to seeing from her.

"Felicity, do something!" Oliver yelled as he squared off for round two, noticing that he lost his earpiece while evading Thea's feet. With only his bow and his wits at his disposal, he'd have to survive.

He grabbed another bow from his quiver and began running away from Thea. "What's wrong, are you scared?" she teased, lifting her foot again, it's shadow eclipsing his tiny form in mere seconds. "Come back here! I want to introduce you to my toes." Thea teased, actually enjoying this.

Oliver waited until the shadow of Thea's foot stopped growing and used the cover to shoot an arrow through the gap between her big and second toe. The arrow pierced Thea's pants at her thigh, giving Oliver a grappling point. Activating his bow's automatic winch system, he evaded Thea's foot a second time. None of which meant he was anymore safe as Thea quickly noticed his deception.

She swung down towards her thigh, not aiming for Oliver himself but the rope holding him up instead. She was attempting to make the Arrow her own personal Yo-Yo, grabbing the string and pulling it hard. This action launched Oliver into the sky and up the full length of her body, leaving him to fall back down from her head all the way down to her toes.

However, Thea would never allow it to get that far. Rather than give her tiny opponent the chance to escape certain death a third time she decided to try and end things quickly. She stretched her arms out far to her right and left sides, then brought her hands together aiming for Oliver. Trying to squash him as if he was an annoying mosquito between the palms of her hands.

Oliver saw this ahead of time, grabbing several arrows from his quiver this time. He drew them against his bow, not seeing the need to steady them with such a large target. He released his grip and allowed them to dig into Thea's palm "Ouch!" Thea said, the arrows inflicting just enough damage to get her to pull back. But the other hand was still coming and smacked Oliver across the room.

He landed in Thea's kitchen, on the center of the island. "Little fucker, you're gonna pay for that one!" Thea shouted, surprised that someone so small could make her that upset. Killing him was no longer her intent. Instead, she was going to torture him until he wished for death, turning her attention towards the island.

Oliver took notice of this. Realizing that he was no closer to escaping the brunt of Thea's wrath than he was getting back to his original size. She stomped towards the island, her feet creating shockwaves that could be felt by Oliver even at a distance.

*Boom, boom, boom!*

"Okay, you've seriously pissed me off now you little worm!" Thea snapped, raising her hand over the counter. Oliver, dealing with some potentially broken ribs struggled to stand and run away. She'd failed to crush the Arrow as if he were a cockroach and a mosquito. Now she was going to try smushing him like an ant on her kitchen counter.

*Slap!*

Oliver stumbled away, escaping between Thea's fingers as her hand met with the countertop. Though for once Thea had let him escape death, moving him into position for her plans. She watched from above as he ran across the island, both of them realizing it was a futile effort. She laughed, raising her hand once more, high above the counter.

*Bang*

Thea's hand slammed against the counter, her palm facing Oliver. Slowly she started moving her hand towards him like a bulldozer. He tried to run. But unlike the other times, there was no escape for him at this size. Thea was too powerful at her gigantic size, leaving Oliver with no remaining options to fight against her. Escape was impossible, but much to Oliver's surprise Thea didn't crush him then and there. Instead, she swung her hand over him and _________.

1) ...Swatted him like a fly, setting him on course to land inside one of her knee tall designer boots. Meanwhile, Felicity listens in on Oliver's lost communicator. Potentially coming up with a plan to save Oliver while Thea puts on the boot with Oliver inside.

2) ...Sends him flying onto her couch, where she is quick to introduce him to her ass. Sitting on top of him and using Oliver as a seat cushion as recompense for leaving a hole in her pants.

3) ...Grabs him, bringing him under her gaze without unmasking him. Thinking about the many different ways in which she can torture him. (Writers Choice)
