What about Robin ending up in diapers as a way to get over her fear of children or brought on after the events of the episode Little Boys where she goes out with Doug, from Lily's classes father only to be dumped by both of them. Still wanting to be a part of Doug's life, after they hit it off she volunteers to babysit him where he talks her into wearing diapers.
