Looking out of the window to the train, you see the station approaching. Your name is Tommy Robins and you are heading to Grand Deca Elementary. This is your first time being here since you don't attend this private boarding school. You go to an average public school in your home town and while you like it there, you have to admit that this place looks way more interesting. You are going here to pick up your little brother Sammy. You remembered how happy everyone was when Sam got that acceptance letter, and while you are happy for him, you can't help feeling a little jealous that he gets to go here and you don't. Why did he get accepted to this school and not you? His grades weren't that much better than yours at his age.
It doesn't matter now, you're here and it's your job to bring Sam home for winter break. As you get off of the train and watch it leave the station, you hear all of the younger students talk about how excited they are about winter break, Christmas, no more classes and all that stuff. You walk out into the courtyard and see a large statue in the middle of it. It sort of looks like the Washington Monument but thicker and not as smooth. You look at the train schedule in your hand and see that you got off of the last train today, and the next one doesn't come in until a couple of days thanks to the weekend. So it looks like you'll be here with your brother for a couple of days. Mom and Dad won't mind. Now where do you start looking for your brother?
