Costume party.

Halloween night is a night not just for going out, clamoring for candy at every stranger's doorstep. It's a night where people can get together, laughing and screaming at the outrageous, otherworldly outfits that they have on. Some of these parties are perfectly innocent- bobbing for apples, costume contests, trading assorted sweets- other parties are much the same, but with many less than innocent twists, on a night of pranks and provocativeness.

Regardless of however innocent a party may start, one person is going to spend most of their festivities decidedly underdressed. Who is that person?
