It was well known around town that the Hendersons always threw the bat Halloween parties. Annually, Marcus and Jill went all out in decorating their house, even cordoning part of it as a miniature haunted house. They themselves dressed up each year, and invited all their neighbors to do the same, joining them for a night of fun and fright.
