As the day was over, Twilight made her way out of Canterlot High. Suddenly she felt strange. She looked down and saw that her stomach puffed out a bit. "W-where did this come from?" She asked, as she poked her stomach. Suddenly, it puffed out again. "W-what's happening?!" She was starting to get concerned as it puffed up a third time.
