She just stood there in shock.

Twilight didn't know what to do, there was nothing she could think of that would help her even begin to understand this. She just kept watching as her stomach kept puffing out until the shirt couldn't cover it all up. See could feel her rump beginning to puff up as well and began taking deep breaths. She looked around and saw luckily that none was around to see this, quickly she ducked into a bathroom (which was also empty) and went to the mirror. She just kept puffing up and it didn't show signs of stopping soon. Twilight kept staring, a thought beginning to cross her mind.
