As Scott ventured through the vast landscape of the Anderson lawn, he was beset by yet more tremors in the ground. Sure, they were less unpleasant than when he was on the concrete path, but they still almost knocked the ant-sized young man off of his feet.
He gazed up and up and up as a towering shape passed by. In the world beyond his view it was merely a young girl yet she appeared as this monolithic creature to the insect in the grass. Of course a human was a living tower from the perspective of a bug, but Scott just wasn't used to seeing things from said perspective. Scott had stopped all walking, he was busy observing the titanic kid.
She looked somewhat similar in age to the Anderson girl, long red hair tied up in neat braids. He hadn't seen her face yet, which wasn't surprising. The clothing the girl had on was predominantly brown, a large jacket and shorts that extended down to just above her knees. A bag was in her hand, though Scott couldn't see inside the container.
The young titaness knocked the door, peering up as the door opened to reveal an older woman, much taller than she was (if Scott even thought that possible).
"Hello Miranda," The older giant's voice was loud enough to wash over the whole lawn, and he could tell her tone was warm and friendly.
"Hello Miss Anderson!" The girl, Miranda, chirped in response. Her voice was also loud enough for Scott to hear, "Do you want to buy some cookies?"
He stopped paying attention to the conversation as he continued on his way, slowly but surely meandering his way through the clumpy, wet dirt as the superior lifeforms conversed overhead. It seemed she was just a simple girl scout, not much to worry about.
He looked up as he heard the closing of the door, eyes following Miranda as she began to move again. Double checking could never hurt, right? He just couldn't ignore her movements as tremors began to wrack the ground, eyes going wide as he watched her...
