"Do it to me at least." Mikki says. "I'd rather not have a headless boyfriend!"
"If you insist." I said.
You have the sword ready while Mikki holds up her hair so that the blade won't cut it. You aim it at Mikki's neck to make sure that it won't be cutting anything else. When you felt confident, you immediately slashed at Mikki's neck to give it some strength. The blade goes through Mikki's neck with ease surprisingly as her head is held up higher due to her hand holding onto her hair.
"Kiyah!" Mikki cries.
The shock made Mikki's body toss her own head into the air. You drop the sword and go to catch Mikki's head on time. Your girlfriend's head looks at you, shocked that she is now a disembodied head being held by you. She looks side to side and tries moving but it is limited due to you holding onto her and her lack of a body. She then stops squirming in your hands as she tries to process her new bodiless form.
"Whoa." Mikki says.
"How you doing?" you asks.
"Besides the fact that I've just been decapitated, I'm good. It feels weird, like I can't really feel much below my neck besides some phantom pain and a slight sense of touch." Mikki says. "I've gotta focus."
Mikki's head closes her eyes as her body holds onto the table. The head mutters. "I can sense a table..." The entire thing feels so alien as you have never held onto a disembodied head before. You then set Mikki's head down onto said table as she gets a good view of yourself and her body.
"We got the basics down but I wonder if I can even attach to a body." Mikki says.
"Right. We're not sure if we can even fix Rebecca yet when we find her head." you said. "Maybe you can have her body?"
"I don't know if that's right. It feels so wrong to just take someone's body." Mikki says.
"We're just testing it out. Besides, I can take you off anyways." you say.
