Just as you are about to attempt to reattach Mikki's head, you notice that something seems off about her expression. She was fully aware of what was happening & looking around herself before, but now she just has a blank emotionless stare.
"Uhh, Mikki are you feeling okay?" You ask your girlfriend's head. She blinks slowly as you ask her this, but doesn't make eye contact with you.
"Yeeaaahh...I jussssttt...feeeeeellll..." She slurs, unable to complete her sentence. Her eyes thr glaze over & you feel the muscles in her face relax. A chill runs up your spine as you fear the worst. You think that you may have just accidentally killed your girlfriend with that stupid sword.
"Mikki! Wake up! Come on! Stay with me!" You scream at her head, but the head does not respond to your calls. You frantically try to wake her up as you continue to panic, but nothing seems to work.
At the peak of your current anxiety, you hear a thud behind you & have to stop yourself from screaming. At first you think that the noise is just Rebecca's body wandering around, but as you turn towards it you see that Mikki's body is sitting on her knees, seemingly inspecting her own neck stump with her right hand.
You sigh in relief that at least some part of your girlfriend is still alive & somewhat conscious. You look back down at the head in your hands, then back to the body sitting across from you. You aren't sure as to why Mikki's head has become dormant while her body can still move around, but it leaves you worried that the same may have happened to Rebecca's head.
"Mikki, can you hear me?" You call out to her body, though it doesn't appear to be able to hear you, much like Rebecca. You can only assume that she is completely blind too.
You think that it may be about time that you put Mikki's head back on her body, but there are still some things that you might be able to test while Mikki is in this state. You assume that reattaching Mikki's head to her own body would restore her back to normal, but you wonder what would happen if you attached her head to a different body. Her head is dormant, so it may create different results than if her mind was still present inside her head.
