Fact: Vincent was originally the main character of battling 101, but that changed after many story changes.
Move-set: Essentially if you compare him to Mossianarre Blank (Rank 1) He is the best counter to ranged and physical attacks.
-Kinetic rebound, with certain blades of his, if they receive enough damage he is able to release the energy built inside those specific blades and shoot out a powerful shockwave that launches the amount of power made on that blade, but with more power.
-Carbon equipment: Not only are his weapons very hard to destroy, so is his equipment. His equipment is made out of very flexible carbon nano-tubing and other material that make this clothing as akin to high-grade armor that one would not laugh at.
-Reflection, with all weapons he is able to reflect back bullets and attacks.
Story: Odd thing about Vincent. There is literally no information available about his entire person whatsoever. There is no medical records, no school records, no relatives, nothing, its like he was created out of thin air. Although there has been people who have been like this, those people are few and far between. Many speculate if Vincent is even human considering of all of the human experimentation and heck there is even a person that is a clone and another who is a living bio-computer. Who knows who this person really is, but if there is one thing that is known is that he is good at what he does. Though these days no one knows where he really is, but what can be sure is that he is a force to be reckoned with.
Quick note: This person bares quite a resemblance to a certain person, although this is just in writing, he does look like a certain someone.
