Character: Kazuya Shimanouchi
Description: Below-average height, slim, black short hair, black eyes, and white. Wearing a black long-sleeve shirt with white markings that resemble wings, black pants with white stripes going down it, black generic shoes, black gloves, a black and white bandana wrapped around his head, and he has a large quiver of swords on his back. Also he has spare sheathed blades on the sides of his waist.
Nationality: Japanese
Weapon: Jet sword (A special type of blade that has a propulsion jet inside it's hilt)
Special: Unique fighting style and an inhuman amount of reflexes.
Fact: Three things: 1:Yes, he is Katana Shimanouchi's brother 2: He was THE original number 9th ranked. 3: He is one of the few people, if not, the only person that has mastered the jet-blade to it's fullest possible potential.
Move-set:
-Blade rider, he has enough balance and control to actually ride his jet sword
-Sword projectiles, he can use his blades as projectiles, which is not surprising
-Jet close-combat, relating to his fighting style, his jet swords can quickly turn on and off, resulting in very quick stabs and sometimes enabling unpredictable fighting patterns and giving enough propulsions to do acrobatics in his sword-play.
-Sword-launch, he can shoot out the swords in his quiver like a gun or cannon, which you will either be impaled or knocked off balance depending on how is he shooting it.
-Blade flying, essentially like blade rider...except that he is using his jet-swords to actually fly...because screw you that's why.
-Sora no neppū no sutoraiki, essentially his ultimate which requires two things, 1: The opponent has to be in the sky 2: Blade flying and Jet-close combat must be in effect. This move is extremely dangerous and may result in serious injury or death to the user, using jet-blades to it's full power on both the attacking blade and flying blade, a giant combo of blade strikes is unleashed while going downward by gravity, with this it causes a type of wind disruption and when it hits the ground a giant spiral of wind strikes the ground with strong force that the surrounding area is slashed apart. The problem with this is that this is with the amount of force the body is put through and with the initial and aftershock strike of it which may cause instant death. This is a last resort.
Story: Kazuya was regarded as one of the strongest assassins in the underground. Considering the family he belongs to, he would be a shame to his family name if he wasn't. Overall he disliked the assassination business because he keeps getting fame and infamy from many and one of these days it will kill him and the people around him, and, in some cases, those people who don't have honor among assassins would usually go for his family members, but due to their reputation they could only go for one target, his little sister Katana that he loved dearly because everyone else in his family is a massive douche and follows the family code too closely.
Many, many times would there be some sort of attempt in kidnapping or killing and it would be Kazuya to be there to protect her. Unfortunately he can't be with her 24/7 so, with his connections, he contacted some old friends to act as bodyguards for his sister when he was away. Which with the amount of time spent with each other *Insert friend-bonding time* it had solidified their position as bodyguards to friends guarding each other.
But here arrives the question, why is it that Katana had taken Kazuya's spot as the 9th best fighter in the world? Well, that question can be answered on the day where everything had changed which considering the day that it had occurred it really was emotional. The day of Christmas eve...well...I guess you can say...it was a black Christmas indeed. What happened that day can be explained later on.
