"B-b-but Tab, er Ally, I think we should ..."
"NO! Tim," she hissed and gave you one of her, well her and Tabitha's come to think of it, don't-go-against-me looks that you know too well.
"The doctors. Something could be wrong or ..."
She slapped her finger over your lips with her eyes blazing, but slowly her expression softened.
"Maybe. But not now. Promise, Timmy," she pleads purring with such tenderness in her eyes and voice like the old Allison that you can't resist. She just means too much.
You smiled under her fingers and nodded then reached up to gently hold her wrist as she pulled it away. "It's nice to have you back. I've so missed you," you whispered. Her eyes brightened with that old Allison sparkle, and instinctively you kissed her hand before looking shocked and pushing it away.
Guilt from agreeing to keep this a secret and from kissing your sister sent a shiver through you as she grinned and started to giggle. That sound, although from Tabitha, was also the old Allison you remember, and unfortunately it didn't ease your mind.
"This will be fun, Tim, you'll see," she said leaning in with a wink.
The next thing you know she was kissing you for all it's worth. Panic paralyzed your whole body as her arms wrapped around your head crushing it to hers so you couldn't get loose. Slowly you found yourself responding. Soon your arms were squeezing your sister's body to you as you're filled with immense joy that the girl you've had a crush on since sixth grade and had been your real, steady love for the last two-plus years was back. However, your logical brain soon broke the embrace, and you grabbed her by the shoulders and looked her in the eyes.
"We can't do this. It, it isn't right. It's - it's - it's ..."
"It's OK, Tim. Don't go all brotherly on me. Remember that I know you - intimately," she smirked. "Maybe not in this body, and, ... maybe it's wrong, but I still love you. Now that I know the truth, we'll just have to see how things work out."
With that she gave you a quick peck on the forehead and bounced out of the room as happy as you've ever seen her, or your sister. Falling back on your bed, you sighed, a little uncomfortably but happy. It was such a relief to know Allison would be around even if it was in the mind of your sister. You wouldn't be able to go on dates, but ...
Oh, crap! you thought bolting straight upright. I've got another date with Linda tomorrow night, and it was going to be serious.
